These emergency shut-off valves (ESV) are used to stop the flow of gas in case of emergency, usually placed at the entrance of a building or before the gas meters. During an emergency, an individual would only need to press the red button to shut-off the valve. The ESV is the only product of this type available in the market which can be repaired without having to close the gas flow thanks to the special re-arm key.
